水穩(wěn)基層施工工藝流程

　　Construction process of water stable base layer

　　工藝流程:施工準(zhǔn)備→施工放樣→混合料運(yùn)輸→攤鋪整形→碾壓→接縫處理→覆蓋養(yǎng)生。

　　Process flow: Construction preparation → Construction layout → Mixed material transportation → Paving and shaping → Rolling → Joint treatment → Covering and curing.

　　混合料組成設(shè)計(jì)

　　Composition design of mixed materials

　　水泥穩(wěn)定碎石混合料配合比設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)通過(guò)目標(biāo)配合比設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)配合比設(shè)計(jì)及生產(chǎn)配合比的驗(yàn)證三 個(gè)階段，生產(chǎn)配合比的設(shè)計(jì)主要確定水泥穩(wěn)定碎石混合料的配合比、礦料級(jí)配及最佳含水率、最大干密 度等施工參數(shù)。本文件采用重型擊實(shí)法確定最佳含水率及最大干密度，如采用其他如振動(dòng)成型法時(shí)，需 在配合比設(shè)計(jì)報(bào)告中說(shuō)明。

　　The mix proportion design of cement stabilized crushed stone mixture should go through three stages: target mix proportion design, production mix proportion design, and production mix proportion verification. The design of production mix proportion mainly determines the mix proportion of cement stabilized crushed stone mixture, mineral gradation and optimal moisture content, maximum dry density and other construction parameters. This document uses the heavy compaction method to determine the optimal moisture content and maximum dry density. If other methods such as vibration forming are used, they should be explained in the mix design report.

　　B.3 混合料級(jí)配合成宜以級(jí)配的公稱最大粒徑及其通過(guò)率、19mm 及其通過(guò)率、9.5mm 及其通過(guò)率、 4.75mm 及其通過(guò)率和 0.075mm 及其通過(guò)率 5 個(gè)控制點(diǎn)。

　　B. The blending of the mixture should be based on five control points: nominal maximum particle size and its pass rate, 19mm and its pass rate, 9.5mm and its pass rate, 4.75mm and its pass rate, and 0.075mm and its pass rate.

　　原材料應(yīng)符合下列規(guī)定：

　　Raw materials shall comply with the following regulations:

　　1　水泥應(yīng)符合下列要求：

　　Cement should meet the following requirements:

　　1）應(yīng)選用初凝時(shí)間大于3h、終凝時(shí)間不小于6h的32.5級(jí)、42.5級(jí)普通硅酸鹽水泥、礦渣硅酸鹽、火山灰硅酸鹽水泥。水泥應(yīng)有出廠合格證與生產(chǎn)日期，復(fù)驗(yàn)合格方可使用。

　　1) 32.5 grade and 42.5 grade ordinary Portland cement, slag silicate, and volcanic ash silicate cement with initial setting time greater than 3 hours and final setting time not less than 6 hours should be selected. Cement should have a factory certificate of conformity and production date, and can only be used after passing re inspection.

　　2）水泥貯存期超過(guò)3個(gè)月或受潮，應(yīng)進(jìn)行性能試驗(yàn)，合格后方可使用。

　　2) If the storage period of cement exceeds 3 months or it is affected by moisture, a performance test should be conducted and it can only be used after passing the test.

　　2　土應(yīng)符合下列要求：

　　The soil should meet the following requirements:

　　1）土的均勻系數(shù)不得小于5，宜大于10，塑性指數(shù)宜為10～17；

　　1) The uniformity coefficient of soil should not be less than 5, but should be greater than 10, and the plasticity index should be between 10 and 17;

　　2）土中小于0.6mm顆粒的含量應(yīng)小于30％；

　　2) The content of particles smaller than 0.6mm in the soil should be less than 30%;

　　3）宜選用粗粒土、中粒土。

　　3) Coarse grained soil and medium grained soil should be selected.

　　穩(wěn)定土的顆粒范圍和技術(shù)指標(biāo)宜符合表7.5.2的規(guī)定。

　　The particle range and technical indicators of stabilized soil should comply with the provisions of Table 7.5.2.

　　注：①　集料中0.5mm以下細(xì)料土有塑性指數(shù)時(shí)，小于0.075mm的顆粒含量不得超過(guò)5％；細(xì)粒土無(wú)塑性指數(shù)時(shí)，小于0.075mm的顆粒含量不得超過(guò)7%；

　　Note: When the plasticity index of fine soil in aggregate is below 0.5mm, the content of particles smaller than 0.075mm shall not exceed 5%; When fine-grained soil has no plasticity index, the content of particles smaller than 0.075mm shall not exceed 7%;

　?、凇‘?dāng)用中粒土、粗粒土作城市快速路、主干路底基層時(shí)，顆粒組成范圍宜采用作次干路基層的組成。

　?、?When using medium grained soil and coarse-grained soil as the base layer of urban expressways and main roads, the particle composition range should be the same as that used as the base layer of secondary roads.

　　3　粒料應(yīng)符合下列要求：

　　3. The granular material should meet the following requirements:

　　1）級(jí)配碎石、砂礫、未篩分碎石、碎石土、礫石和煤矸石、粒狀礦渣等材料均可做粒料源材；

　　1) Graded crushed stone, gravel, unscreened crushed stone, crushed stone soil, gravel and coal gangue, granular slag and other materials can all be used as aggregate source materials;

　　2）當(dāng)作基層時(shí)，粒料最大粒徑不宜超過(guò)37.5mm；

　　2) When used as a base layer, the maximum particle size of the aggregate should not exceed 37.5mm;

　　3）當(dāng)作底基層時(shí)，粒料最大粒徑：對(duì)城市快速路、主干路不得超過(guò)37.5mm；對(duì)次干路及以下道路不得超過(guò)53mm；

　　3) When used as a base layer, the maximum particle size of the aggregate shall not exceed 37.5mm for urban expressways and main roads, and 53mm for secondary roads and below;

　　4）各種粒料，應(yīng)按其自然級(jí)配狀況，經(jīng)人工調(diào)整使其符合表7.5.2的規(guī)定；

　　4) Various granular materials should be adjusted manually according to their natural gradation to comply with the provisions of Table 7.5.2;

　　5）碎石、礫石、煤矸石等的壓碎值：對(duì)城市快速路、主干路基層與底基層不得大于30％；對(duì)其他道路基層不得大于30％，對(duì)底基層不得大于35％；

　　5) The crushing value of crushed stones, gravel, coal gangue, etc. shall not exceed 30% for urban expressways, main road base and subgrade; For other road base layers, it shall not exceed 30%, and for sub base layers, it shall not exceed 35%;

　　6）集料中有機(jī)質(zhì)含量不得超過(guò)2％；

　　6) The organic matter content in the aggregate shall not exceed 2%;

　　7）集料中硫酸鹽含量不得超過(guò)0.25％；

　　7) The sulfate content in the aggregate shall not exceed 0.25%;

　　8）鋼渣尚應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范第7.4.1條的有關(guān)規(guī)定。

　　8) Steel slag should also comply with the relevant provisions of Article 7.4.1 of this specification.

　　4　水應(yīng)符合本規(guī)范第7.2.1條第三款的規(guī)定。

　　4. Water shall comply with the provisions of Article 7.2.1, Clause 3 of this specification.
