（1）挖掘機使用、安裝前要詳細閱讀設備使用說明書，明確各部件的結(jié)構(gòu)特性、功能及控制方式。

（5）為方便挖掘機的上料，在料斗上料側(cè)宜設置上料坡墩，其與料斗間應保留一個能自由出入的巡視通道，以便于設備運行中的巡視、維修和保養(yǎng)。同時，在上料坡墩和料斗間搭設防護柵欄，以避免挖掘機上料時撒落的物料堆積后，對集料膠帶輸送機的正常運行帶來不利影響。

（6）電源配置要適當。發(fā)電機容量或變壓器容量要以一定的比例因子配置，使其大于設備的裝機容量，并要達到設備所要求的電壓值，以維持設備持續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)。

（7）設備安裝就位進行調(diào)試前，應對各部件的連接可靠性、轉(zhuǎn)動靈活性及潤滑油脂的加注情況逐項進行詳查，然后按照先單機點動、手動，再整套設備手動、自動的順序進行運轉(zhuǎn)調(diào)試，同時用轉(zhuǎn)速表校核調(diào)速電機的轉(zhuǎn)速并加以修正，以保證調(diào)速表顯示值與實際轉(zhuǎn)速值相吻合。

（8）設備（試）運行過程中，若出現(xiàn)異常振動、哨聲和無規(guī)律的摩擦聲時，應立即停止運行，弄清原因，并采取相應措施。

（9）設備正常運行中，應配備專門的巡視人員進行設備運行狀況、物料的配給及供料狀況的巡視工作，發(fā)現(xiàn)問題及時解決或通知操作人員進行停機處理。
(9) During the normal operation of the equipment, special patrol personnel shall be assigned to patrol the equipment operation status, material distribution and supply status, and timely solve the problems found or notify the operators to stop the machine.
（10）設備投入正常運轉(zhuǎn)時，生產(chǎn)率要從小到大緩慢提高，并持續(xù)一定時間，而不能一步達到設備的生產(chǎn)率，以使設備安全地度過磨合期。
