在正式拌和成品前，為了預(yù)熱殼體，要用熱混合料預(yù)拌2～3次，使機體溫度和混合料溫度一致后，正式生產(chǎn)。拌合溫度采用雙控，設(shè)備溫控系統(tǒng)要和手持紅外溫度計的溫度相互驗證。發(fā)料單上既要有發(fā)料時間，還要有發(fā)料溫度。
